Job Description
- Provide Remote support to customer as required.
- Need to work on site if required (in case customer failed to solve the issue by remote support)
- Engineers should be the Case owner once she/he gets the case from TL must coordinate directly with other MS dept. till the issue gets solved
- Insure to solve the problem/Case within agreed SLA
- Responsible to answer all technical queries raised by customer
- Responsible to maintain all network & individual NEs KPI to agreed value
- Escalate the trouble ticket to CARE if issue not solved within agreed time, and follow-up issue with CARE until solved
- Configuration Management and implementation of the plan provided by planning
- Daily health check performance and analysis, report immediately in case of any ambiguity
- Implement planned activities, such as BSC migration, BTS re-homing, new rollout etc.
- Check the Network Utilization on daily basis and then suggest and implement the Radio/TC expansion
- Implementation of New Software/CDs whenever available /Required
- Ensure Trouble ticket management, Fault diagnosis, Remote fault resolution, Management and control
- Monitor the system’s critical/Major alarms on daily basis and perform activity to minimize the occurrence
- Attend weekly meeting with the customer and is responsible to provide valid answer to all customer concern
- Responsible to train BO engineers & Share experience with them
- Responsible for proper coordination with all other MS department to ensure network working smoothly
Job Requirement
- At least 2-3 years experience, with in-depth troubleshooting skills on Huawei 2G/3G network, namely, GBTS, GBSC6900, NodeB, RNC etc. It’s a plus, if any expected PS core skill.
- Ability to independently deal with complicated technical issues and problems.
- IP skills and knowledge required to trace IP routing issues in the network.
- Ability to train other engineers.
- Performance management, stats collection from Net Act (KPI Browser, Reporting Suit)
- Communication skills at CxO level
- Customer Expectation Management
- At least 2-3 years experience, with experienced skill and procedure on wireless equipment deployment.
- Fully understand the O&M environment & Requirement
- Required Complete knowledge of all BSS related KPIs and troubleshooting
- Required Complete Understanding and hand on experience on all BSS related Tools
- Required Complete understanding of Call flow and able to understand and analyze the Traces/logs
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Telecom or relevant field
- Fluent in French/English Language
- Available 24x7 support after office hours, and be able to relocate with in the country
