ADVERTISEMENT FOR A WAREHOUSE MANAGER

An agro industrial company based in the South Region is seeking for a warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the daily operation in warehouse, stock accuracy in quantity and amount.
2. Implement, review and improve the warehouse operation standardization.
3. Ensure the safety work in the warehouse and manage the warehouse equipment and tools in good conditions.
4. Lead and coach subordinates; maintain their high quality of work, improve productivity.
5. Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure on time delivery/receipt.
6. Define measures to keep reasonable stock level.
7. Other administrative and projects duties as required.

Qualification/Competency Requirement:

1. Minimum 5 years or above warehouse management work experience with minimum 2 years of supervisory position;
2. Excellent command in written and spoken English & French
3. Excellent Command in software application (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.);
4. Strong understanding of practical skill of warehouse management.

Competency:

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skill;
2. Good skill in problem solving and decision making;
3. Strong ability in building good relationships and willing to work proactively;
4. Able to make good judgment based on professional judgment.
