Position title: Sales Officer
About the role
This is an evolving role that will eventually grow into a Sales Manager and will report directly to the General Manager.
This role will mainly involve outdoor scouting of clients, the incumbent must within 03 weeks of training have a good mastery of all services offered, know how to identify a potential client and be very versed with the industry rules.
Duties and responsibilities
- Conduct research on the industry players and practices.
- Assist management in profiling and categorizing client
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
- Source and work on customer referrals
- Prospection of 05 new clients per week
- Provide quotes to potential clients
- Design and draw up marketing and communication strategies.
- Write proposals and pitch contracts.
- Act in the capacity of PR person of company.
- Demonstrate superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
- Managing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Ensure quality service delivery
- Provide monthly activity report
Requirements
- Should have a degree in marketing or business communication.
- Must be bilingual
- Knowledge in HR Services will be an added advantage
- Must be able to work under pressure to meet up deadlines.
- Must have strong integrity.
- Must be VERY time and work conscious.
