Job title: MECHANICAL FOREMAN

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the maintenance of all plant heavy equipment to ensure identification and elimination of equipment breakdowns.
• Coordinate the maintenance of light motors vehicles to ensure identification and elimination of equipment breakdowns.
• Plan and organize the activities of the maintenance team
• In connection with the HEMM manager, participate in the planning of the preventive maintenance of heavy equipment
• Monitor, control and carry out preventive maintenance plans for all equipment
• Monitor and perform routine check and inspection on heavy equipment equipment for proper performance to detect faults and malfunctions 
• Test repaired raising equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications.
• Follow and check the exit of the parts and lubricants of the workshop
• Ensure technicians wear appropriate safety gears during maintenance operations
• Ensure all technicians of the team are working in accordance with standard maintenance guidelines of the equipment.
• Make daily reports on the work done. Report to the HEMM Manager on all detected anomalies.

Education and Work Experience

Educational Qualification:  A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
Desired Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ plant operations.
Language of communicationl: Bilingual (English & French) Candidates will be given preference
