Receptionnist (M) ou (F)

Job Description:

The Receptionist ensures the permanence of the reception of the establishment and ensures the quality of the services offered to the customers.

You will also have a commercial role, since you will participate in the commercial development of the complex by prospecting new customers and sell the services of the hotel to individuals or companies (eg banquets, events ...).

Required qualifications:

• 2 years ‘experience in a similar position
• BTS or Bachelor in Hospitality-Catering / Hotel Management / Mercantile
• Bilingual
• Great communication skills, tact and diplomacy
• Good listening skills
• Good command of MS Office on Windows

Summary of tasks

• Organize the operations related to the arrival and departure of the client at the hotel
• Hold daily accounts
• Check daily invoicing and receipts
• Maintain a database of established contacts
• Deal with any complaints from customers
• Make the hotel known
• Ensure commercial deployment
• Build customer loyalty and develop sales
• Prospect new customers and analyze their needs
• Negotiate commercial contracts under the supervision of the General Manager
• All other related tasks
