Job Description

1. Responsible for Core Network team management, and SLAs and KPIs; 
2. Perform Second Line Maintenance support for all Core Network NEs and associated elements; 
3. Ensure the trouble ticket resolution within required SLA; 
4. Coordinate directly with other dept. till the issue is solved; 
5. Take responsibility to maintain the network and take ownership in case of any critical outage / activity performed in the network"

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years pracitcal experience in Ericsson Core Network Products. Familiar with network operation &maintenance. 
3. Knowledge and experience with Ericsson telecom products, such as  and associated elements. 
4. Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with internal and external 
5. Strong leadership
6. Mature and Positive attitudes;strong sense of quality; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment.
