ICON PRODUCTION SARL is a marketing agency which is for seeking a highly motivated and talented designer to join our Creative Team.

The right candidate must be a proactive problem-solver, possessing innovative design skills with a willingness to collaborate on group projects. This individual will work closely with fellow designers, marketers, salespeople and executives to build the company’s image through various print and digital solutions.

Candidates should have exceptional portfolios containing designs in a variety of media. Live in Douala, willing to work full time and be bilingual.

Position Duties:

• Conceptualize and design graphics, ads, presentations, and other materials.
• Collaboration with the Creative Director
• Work closely with sales representatives to develop custom collateral, presentations, proposals promoting all icon production projects
• Develop and maintain a library of high-quality creative assets
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to create marketing campaigns and promotional materials that drive revenue and maintain the company’s integrity

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years professional experience with a clear understanding of best practices in print production and web design.  Cartoons 3D and Animation 3D is a plus.
• Proven experience in print, web and presentation design, including PowerPoint & Keynote
• Ability to create innovative designs built upon an established brand style
• Expert-level skills with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote and Microsoft Office a must
• Video, animation, and motion graphics experience a plus
• Must be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Must be comfortable following direction and implementing changes, while balancing strong design and tight deadlines
