OPPORTUNITY

Glogal Design & Constructions Solutions is recruiting in line with the company’s global strategy; an expert in civil engineering project management, in charge of supervising company projects with strict compliance to project architectural designs, schedules and budgets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer company’s civil engineering projects and implement company policies and procedures for various projects
• Supervise efficient working of all engineering staff and provide required training to manage all projects efficiently
• Ensure strict compliance to project schedules, budgets and architectural designs
• Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
• Draft and submit budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in civil engineering or architecture
• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management within construction projects
• Perfect mastery of architecture software (AutoCAD and ArchiCAD)
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering, construction, and architecture principles

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Ability to budget, schedule, and control costs
• Strong leadership and management skills with ability to work well as a team member
• Be proactive, rigorous and keen to details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Mastery of planning software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
