OPPORTUNITY : Live Text Chat Operator in English- (Good English-writing level)

On behalf of our rapidly growing client base, we are currently recruiting for a Text Chat Operator. As a Live Chat Operator, you will be answering casual messages on a fantasy-based text network. You have to be able to talk to customers about all kinds of topics. You will be assigned different roles, depending on what your customer wants.

Some of our clients just want to talk to someone about everyday life. Small talk about things like work, culture, weather, relationships. Your identity will not be known by customers because you will be assumed to be the person the customer is texting to.

The Text Chat Operator will be responsible for:

• Respond to multiple chat from customers in different topics
• Ensuring that good customer outcomes are always promoted.
• Operating within quality guidelines
• The timely reporting of any complaints and/or suspicious activity in line with company policy and procedures
• Reach and maintain Key Performance Indicators expected of a Text Chat Operator to required standards and specified timescales

The Customer Service Advisor will have:

• Strong communication skills in English
• Good typing speed from 40 WPM and above
• Experience as a secretary is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a professional and positive attitude both within the office environment and with customers
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy at all times
• Call center experience is a plus
• Experience handling calls is a plus
