OPPORTUNITY

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in collaboration with Branch Managers in the proper management of the bad portfolio of the company.
• Work in collaboration with the credit department to ensure effective credit analyses and debt collection management in line with company policies.
• Work with assigned legal practitioners to initiate appropriate legal action, within the frame work of debt recovery, Litigation and other legal issues assigned to him.

Qualification and Skills:

• Have at least 3 years of practical experience in debt recovery. Experience in a Financial Institution shall be an added advantage.
•  Have at least a Bachelors Degree in Business Law or other equivalent professional studies in law.
•  Practical experience in the chambers of a legal practitioners (Barrister, Bailiffs, and Notary Public) shall equally be an added advantage.
•  Have a good mastery of the OHADA Uniform Acts and Jurisprudence.
• Have the ability to negotiate and to design agreements for amicable settlements.

Additional Strengths:

• Ability to communicate in English and French (spoken & written).
• Good knowledge in contemporary legal issues
• Able to work in a team fostered environment,
• Be capable of working under pressure
