EMIA Entrance Launched

The Minister Delegate at the Presidency in Charge of defense Announces:

Young Cameroonians of both sexes interested in taking up a career in the defense Forces are hereby informed that a competitive examination for the entrance into Combined Military Academy(EMIA) of Yaoundé shall take place on 14 and 15 February 2015 in Yaounde, as follows:

Courses and conditions are as follow:

COURSES "D(b1)"

(Recruitment of General Practitionners and specialists on the basis of their qualifications)

Number needed: 10 General practitionners and 05 Specialists

Conditions

• Be of Cameroonian nationality;
• Be of maximum of 30 years on 31/12/2014(be born after December 30 1984) for general practitionners, parmacists, dental-surgeons and veterinary doctors;
• Be of maximum of 35 years on 31/12/2014(be born after December 30 1979) for specialists;
• Be holder of a certificate in one of the fields useful to army(for specialists);
• Be of good moral conduct;
• Have a good criminal record;
• Be in good health;

Composition of application files

• A handwritten application bearing a 1.000 Francs CFA fiscal stamp, signed by candidate and addressed to the Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of defense;
• A cardboard folder;
• A certified true copy of birth certificate not more than three(03) months old;
• A certified true copy of certificate(for general practitionners);
• Attestations of presentation of originals certificates;
• Certified true copy of birth certificate and specialization certificate (for specialists);
• A curriculum vitae;
• A non-conviction certificate not more than three(03) months;
• A Cameroonian nationality certificate issued by competent authority;
• A certificate of celibacy;
• An A4 size envelope stamped with 500 francs bearing the following information: names, date and place of birth, region of origin, departement of origin, diploma, training language, series and complete address;
• A receipt showing payment of CFA 20.000 francs at the Departement of Human Resources in the Ministry of Defense.

Comprehensive application files shall be submitted at the departement of Human Resources in the Ministry of Defense latest on 07 November 2014 at 3:30pm prompt.
