Carlcare Sarl (Transsion Holdings) is looking for a Product material Control Executive.

Key Accountabilities:

• Formulate the warehouse process and management system. It need review and optimization Process monthly or quarter
• Warehouse working planning everyday by yourself, And we are going to review the week of week with all warehouse staff. Analyze the OSC safety stock/efficiency/staff allocation with material supply Specialist monthly.
• Monitor and coordinate all warehouse operation, according to the job schedule, to adjust the staff collocation for the different store or position. And make sure you must catch the schedule.
• Make sure the material and the Quantity is correct before delivery, and need control the pick and pack schedule and make sure the finished time is can catch up the estimated time.
• Must keep the record for all document about the inbound and outbound, the document must show receipt/delivery time, material list and per material quantity, need sign by the operator.
• Make sure the System and Physical quantity is match, and follow the empty location checked by daily and cycle count for the A category and the B category material by weekly.
• Pay attention to the safety, make sure we can face the sudden situation for the fire, flood and robbery, and arrange the staff to keep the warehouse tidy and clearly. Use time to check the store material, we need avoid it is affected with damp. it should be safety, keep the material integrity wouldn’t be damaged period storage. And warehouse supervisor is responsible for the error storage which make the material to be damaged.
• Keep the well communication and coordinated with the other team/Department, make sure the operation is run smoothly. Follow superior’s instruction, and communicate your directly leader if you mate the problem which you can’t solved

Qualifications and experience:

• A bachelor degree in computer sciences/electronics /or any related area
• Proven experience as a Product Material control ,
• Proficient in controlling and checking  the quality of a product.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions for telecommunications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French is an advantage.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment.
