JOB DESCRIPTION

Job title:  TAX MANAGER (Initial Public Offering) 

Job location: DOUALA

The main duties of the TAX Manager are to:

• Assist senior management in the formulation of tax planning in order to reduce tax risk;
• Participate proactively in tax audits, tax inspections and prepare tax documents, respond to requests for information and negotiate with local tax authorities 
• Preparing accounts and regular statutory tax reports (monthly, quarterly and annual)
• Completing and reviewing the various regular tax returns on time
• Carry out daily tax audits, monitor and resolve tax issues
• Other tasks assigned by the director  

RESEARCH PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE

• Education: BACC +5 in Accounting, Specialized in Tax.
• Technical skills: communication, organization and coordination, planning and execution, team building and management, analysis, professional network in the required field.
• Personal qualities: Responsibility, dedication, integrity, self-discipline, rigour, high motivation.
• Familiar with the OHA criteria and IFIS guidelines, and project experience in switching between the two is preferred
• Professional Experience: At least 08 years ‘experience in tax management, primarily in a large trading company/processing plant or preferably in a type 4 audit firm or similar.
• Age: between 33 and 45
• Able to work in any city in Cameroon

NB: Must be fluent in English and French (Perfectly bilingual or ANGLOPHONE)
