TRANSSION HOLDINGS is a company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM LIMITED. It is a mobile industry handling different brands, mainly Tecno, Infinix, Itel and Carlcare. Carlcare is the customer support service of Transsion Holdings’ different brands.

We are recruiting to fill the job position below: (AS SOON AS POSSIBLE).

Job Position: BTL Specialist

Location: Douala Job Type : Full Time

Qualification : HND/Bachelors Degree

Experience : 2 – 3 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and implement strategic visibility locations across the country in collaboration with the Marketing Supervisor and Manager.
• Utilize technical knowledge of materials for offline visibility, including large advertising panels and in-store displays.
• Share materials and motivate the team while monitoring equipment usage in the field and providing timely reports.
• Organize creative promotions in phone markets and stores to boost sales.
• Ensure timely execution and follow-up of terminal construction projects.
• Explore new BTL marketing ideas to differentiate and enhance brand image effectively.
• Oversee supplier production processes to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Write compelling advertising texts and prepare engaging presentations.
• Maintain reports in Excel and create PowerPoint presentations

QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES

• Minimum HND/Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of materials used for offline communication and their quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Dynamic, motivated, and a strong contributor to team efforts.
• Proactive, respectful and discreet, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
