JOB VACANCY: Fishing & Re-Entry Operations Manager

Weatherford Services & Rentals Ltd, a leading service provider in the Oil & Gas Industry, requires the services of the a Fishing & Re-Entry Operations Manager, based in Douala

Key Responsibilites

• Ensure that all customer requirements are met in relation to personnel & equipment availability, and service standards
• Implement business plan objectives
• Provides sales and marketing assistance to Product Line Managers
• Ensure a proper housekeepoing routine is in place and regulations are enforced.

Key requirements

• A positive and proactive professionnal with a highly successful background in operationnal management within the Oil industry
• Managerial skills and a minimum on 15 years supervisory position in the oil or related industry
• Excellent interpersonnal and communication skills
• Safety awareness

General key requirements for all positions:

• Fuent in English and proficient in French
• Computer proficient in Microsoft packages, Excel and Powerpoint

Additional competency would be advantageous: RElevant product line experience in the oil service industry
