Job Summary

As an ASP Mentor; one needs to deliver specific ASP developed Instructor lead training for services of Site Engineering and Installation. And for ASP certifier one needs to perform check analysis on the deliverables of Site Engineer or installer and validate Ericsson quality standards on-site.

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Conduct Practical Assessment
• Conduct Licensing/Certifications of ASP Staff
• Train and Instruct Personnel from the ASP and Ericsson Internal Operations (e.g. Site Supervisors)
• Drive ASP certification targets for the Region
• Contribute to Regional QASIS QI target goal

• Social skill and awareness

• Travelling within RSSA (atleast 75% of the time)
• Fluent in English. French will be added advantage
• This position is to be based in Douala, and not Yaounde , but travel across the countries in Hub West
