JOB VACANCY: Repair & Maintenance Manager

Weatherford Services & Rentals Ltd, a leading service provider in the Oil & Gas Industry, requires the services of the a Repair & Maintenance Manager, based in Douala

Key Responsibilites

• Improvement and standardization of Repair & Maintenance processes and systems
• Generation and implementation of Maintenance strategies for Product lines.
• Plan, implement and manage maintenances systems
• Develop and manage tracking of repairs and maintenance

Key requirements

• A tertiary qualification in Engineering or related fields
• Previous maintenance and repair skills with a minimum of 10 years in the oil or related industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Safery awareness

General key requirements for all positions:

• Fluent in English and proficient in French
• Computer proficient in Microsoft packages, Excel and Powerpoint

Additional competency would be advantageous: Relevant product line experience in the oil service industry
