JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible to Handle RAN Network KPIs for 3G and 2G

Maintain all KPI within allowed threshold as per contract for 3G and 2G RAN network

Responsible for all below activities but not limited to them only

• Ensuring Performance KPI reports preparation and release on 3G and 2G RAN network
• Daily KPI Monitoring of 3G and 2G RAN network
• Ensuring worst cell analysis of 3G and 2G RAN network
• Ensuring any working on BSC and RNC Level KPI improvement on RAN network
• Ensuring timely Capacity upgrades, license upgrades on 3G and 2G RAN network
• Ensuring Weekly and monthly Traffic and KPI analysis for 3G and 2G RAN network
• Ensuring Exclusion signoff with Customer on 3G and 2G RAN network KPIs
• Ensuring Drive test at agreed frequency on 3G and 2G RAN network

Preparation of Management reports on 3G and 2G RAN network KPIs

Capable of foreseeing requirement of all NW expansion on RAN network like additional sector addition, additional carrier addition etc …

Strong command over end to end IP routing to address any issues related to support addressing broadcast of NodeBs traffic in Txn NW (IPRAN) or MPBN nodes in co-ordination with respective teams

Good enough understanding for Preparation of RNCs utilization stats and flagging the Red flag well in advance for any Capacity upgrade

Responsible for checking low level RAN design of Customer or OEM to ensure no issues in Operations

Ensuring Monthly KPI and PAC signoff with Customer

Ensuring timely Customer Complaint handling on RAN network

Ensuring Smooth handover flow of all the elements in the network from the project after complete AT

Having a keen eye for Customer Experience Management with hands on experience on it along with KPI assurance on RAN networks.

Qualification Preferred

• University Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication or any equivalent

Preferred Prerequisites

• Experience of handling E// Nodes RAN nodes on 2G and 3G is must
• Experience of Greenfield rollout and optimization of 3G RAN network is advantage
• Past experience of working in Managed Services project will be advantageous.
