Procurement Assistant

Reporting to the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager, he/she will support the procurement team in managing supplies, planning and organising procurement activities.

Key candidate Qualifications and Requirements

• Bi-lingual French and English
• Bachelor Degree in Language, Administration or equivalent secretatial professional studies
• 5+ years' experience supporting at the executive level and ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks as well as maintaining timely schedules.
• Very well organized, flexible and enjoying administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and programs
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
