HAM & ADMIN DEPARTMENT

A. Designation

AGM-ADMIN/HAM

Qualification

MBA with specialization in HR

Experience

• Professionally qualified HR practitionner
• Minimum 25 years' experience
• Must have a minimum 12 years in Managerial capacity as Head of the Departement

B. Designation

HAM/ADMIN Officers

Qualification

Graduates / Post Graduates in HR Management/ Social Sciences/ Humanities/ Arts Training&Development for Officers

Experience

• Must have a minimum of 3 to 15 years' experience
• should have worked in large Manufacturing industry.

General

1. Experience mentionned above is only indicative and those with lesser experience will be considered for lower positions
