Call center in the city of Douala. We are looking for 1 (one) qualified Agent with at least 2 years experience in international telemarketing.

Profile:

• Have a good verbal expression in English (without a regional accent);
• Have a professional attitude is rigorous (attentive to listening, politeness, friendliness, honesty and responsiveness);
• Have a successful experience of at least one (01) year as a teleoperator for the USA or other anglesaxone target;
• Have strong negotiation and persuasion skills;
• Being able to work under pressure to achieve defined objectives;
• Have a clear desire to succeed and build a good career in the field;
• Have a good ability to adapt, be dynamic, be patient and perseverant;
• Be at least 25 years old for liability reasons;
• Immediate availability.
