1. Warehouse & Maintenance Support

Job Purpose/Summary

The warehouse & Maintenance Support backs the Operations/Technical Department in handing all materials, equipment, services and call-off contracts. He/she contributes to the company’s Material Management and inventory accuracy according to business objectives as per safety procedures.

Key Accountabilities/Result Area

  • Monitor the warehouse storage plan and ensure materials are shelved securely and picked safely
  • Responsible for the maintenance of all returned materials from offshore projects
  • Main custodian for the whole production warehouse; manage all movements to and from offshore. Issue and dispatch materials to offshore location and to some onshore services
  • In-charge of reception of all deliveries, air shipments, sea shipments, local material supplies, and materials coming from offshore
  • Work in periodic and annual inventory/stock taking with partners for stored items; report discrepancies, reconcile and suggest necessary adjustments to stock balances.
  • Ensure proper filing of warehouse documentation for audit trail
  • Pay close attention to critical equipment supplied by vendors
  • Have general awareness on the HSSE Management Systems and related documents fully participate in all HSSE intervention schemes to maintain and improve Company HSSE culture and Performance
  • Actively participate in the establishment of contractor Job Hazard Analysis and Safe Work Plans

  • Current Inventory Value:  60 MLN USD
  • 15,000 line items.

Key Challenges

  • 100% material delivery to end users
  • Stock integrity +/- discrepancy tolerance in inventory
  • Materials receipt within 48 hours
  • Maintain and ensure a risk-free operation. Relentless pursuit of Zero HSSE incidents
  • Carry out tasks in accordance with Company Policy and the BOCP (Base Operational Control Procedure)
  • Be familiar with equipment and material used for Production, Facilities and Drilling, PUMA and Well Intervention
  • Ensure an accurate checking of material receipt in terms of quality and quantity
  • Be available during emergencies no matter the hour, including during late hour operations, week-ends public holiday etc.

Experiences / Competence & Requirements

  • Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Logistics or any related discipline
  • At least 3 years’ experience in oil and gas production operations
  • Good knowledge of offshore equipment
  • High potential to a vigorous working environment where expectations are regularly high
  • Honest, result-oriented, respect for others, self-confident team player
  • Deal with vendors and customers in a very respectful and ethical manner
  • Fluency In English required. Proficiency in French would be a plus
