JOB ADVERT: Human Resources Supervisor

TRANSSION HOLDINGS is the company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM Limited. A global company with offices in many countries and regions.

We are looking for a Human Resources Supervisor.

Key Accountabilities:

• Organize the development of enterprise recruitment, training and performance appraisal system, the formulation of human resources job description and management process;
• Responsible for the implementation of recruitment plan, assist in interviews
• Responsible for the staff's entry and exit procedures, deal with labor contract issues
• Responsible for employee's salary accounting, tax and social insurance payment

Qualifications and experience :

• Min bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
• Over 5 years work experience, at least 2 years in HR team management
• Professional Human Resources Management skills, familiar with Human Resources Management processes, labor laws, regulations and Human Resources Policies, and Training;
• Recognition of TRANSSION’S culture;

Capabilities and Skills :

• Ability to solve problems;
• Good communication skills;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Good analytical skills;
• Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure;
• Hard working, Responsible, with a high degree of enthusiasm for work.
