Context

EO is looking for a dynamic and energetic Female Marketing & Public Relations Officer to pilot its operational team. The Marketing & Public Relations Officer will work together with the senior management and will be primarily responsible for client relations, publicity, public relations of EO, management of  other junior staff and other daily operations.

Amongst others, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment, has a customer facing professional experience; entrepreneurial; have good knowledge of Microsoft office tools; have good inter-personal skills & willing to learn and engage discussions; and animate the co-working space as required, in order to create a convivial environment.

Duties and Responsibilities of the M&C Manager Include:

  • Driving publicity for EO and increasing clients who use EO space
  • Ensure area marketing and networking both online and in-person to drive and increase client base
  • Boost sales permanently to ensure maximum occupancy of office space
  • Target long-term tenants
  • Developing a unique client culture through organizing client events and other activities, seminars, etc.
  • Manage daily accounting
  • Manage other junior/operational staff of the office
  • Assist with leasing office space and collect rents
  • Other duties as required for success

Qualifications required:

  • Master's degree in relevant field
  • Proactive problem solving
  • Can work well autonomously and within a team
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Effective prioritizing skills
  • Very bilingual (English and French)
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Careful multi-tasker and deadline conscious
  • Female candidate
