JOB ADVERT: Trainer

CARLCARE SARL is a global company with offices in many countries and regions.

We are looking for a Trainer.

Key Accountabilities:

• Managing the company’s training of staff on phone Technology ;
• Improving Promoters sales level;
• Ability to transmit knowledge;
•  Developing a strategy to improve the staff work ability ;

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration/ Communication;
•  Experience for at least 3 years in a similar position in a mobile phone industry or a retail industry;
• Ability to develop means to increase sales

Capabilities and Skills :

• Ability to solve new problems;
• Good communication quality.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure
