CHICAGO SECURITY SERVICES is urgently seeking an individual for the position of Sales / Marketing Officer in its Marketing Department to be based in Douala Littoral Region of Cameroon.

Opening Date: May 26, 2014

Closing Date: May 31, 2014 at 17:00

Work Hours: Full time; 40 hours/week

Under the supervision of the Sales & Marketing Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to:

• Develop overall marketing plan for the his/her region 
• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information 
• Generating new sales through prospection and maintaining existing clients 
• Meets monthly and annual marketing and sales financial objectives 
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values. 
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments. 

Education:

• Advance level, HND (BAC, BTS) in marketing. 
• A Degree in social sciences would be an added advantage. Language: The candidate should be very fluent in the both the English and French languages.

Skills:

• At least 02 years of sales experience in the marketing industry. 
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; 
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; 
• Advanced knowledge in business administration, finance, advertising and marketing. 
• Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives. 
• Willingness to travel and prospect in any part of the national triangle. 
• A proven ability to oversee all marketing activities. 
• To build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity. 
• Experience with a security company would be an added advantage. 
• Must be a holder of a category B drivers license
