Job Advert: Trade marketing Agent

General Description:

Assists in the development of marketing support materials to create and enhance marketability of all products to the trade customers to ensure achievement having customer satisfaction as main priority, he performs tasks that may be assigned by the trade marketing coordinator from time to time.

Work starts at 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m

Job specification:

• Contribute to the company’s goaland objectives by improving the market share, customer satisfaction.
• Participates (under supervision of the trade marketing coordinator) in the design and order of promotional materials of the point of sales (logistics, distribution, assortment…) by finding the most efficient solutions.
• Assist in the development and the implementation of KPI’s plan.
• Ensures that the local feedback is taken into account by regularly visiting sales teams, customers and stores.
• Ensures efficient spending of budget and supervises the trade marketing spending in the distributor network.
• Support Trade Manager Coordinator to plan and manage animation on events organized by the firm and its partners.
• Brand Guardianship. 
• Assist in the communication product, price and packaging changes.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s (College Degree in marketing or comparable is needed)
• With 1-2 years of trade marketing (or equivalent) experience is needed
• Must be a self-starter with pro-active approach to work
• Former Experience/background in Sales is highly recommended

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

• Knowledge and experience of basic marketing element, excellent interpersonal communication skills is needed
• Engaged, Energetic, organized and business-driven approach is highly recommended
• Strong organizational and strong communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of most important IT tools is needed
• Languages: Fluency in spoken and written French and English
