Job Title : 01 Account Manager

Job Location : Douala– Cameroun 

Type of contract : Unspecified duration contract

Job summary : Under the supervision of the Head of Operations, the account manager will be in charge of strengthening the Globus coordination platform

Responsibilities & Duties :

• Independently manages accounts on a day to day basis, It includes coordinating all services; answering all questions, and resolving problems which may arise
• Ensure appropriate client service for new and existing clients by executing proactive and ongoing contact initiatives
• Participate in decision making regarding the resolution of all moderate and complex servicing problems
• Review insurance policies and endorsements for accuracy
• Maintain active participation in all claims process, 
• Make sure all payments are made in a timely manner
• Initiate renewal process and conduct renewal in conjunction with the network partner or member

Qualification

Diploma : Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Customers Relations, Accounting or other similar diploma; 

Work Experience : A minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance or similar sector.

Skills :

• Very good in both english and french
• High level of maturity and stability with an optimistic approach
• Demonstrated success in Overall customer service
• Good knowledge in Insurance
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgement with ability to build interpersonal relationship
• Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft office: Excel, word, Powerpoint and Gmail,

Attitudes :

• High level of organization ability
• High degree of self discipline and motivation
• Ability to follow processes and procedure
• Solution driven problem solving skills and proven analytical skills
• Team player with a strong work ethic
