JOB ADVERT : TRAINER

TRANSSION HOLDINGS is the company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM Limited. A global company with offices in many countries and regions.

We are looking for TRAINER ORAIMO.

Key Accountabilities:

• Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas for improvement;
• Designing training programs on time and within budget;
• Prepare physical and digital training materials (e.g. videos and case studies);
• Ensure the integration of new sales staff into the company;
• Coordinate individual and team skills assessment sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses;
• Monitor sales targets and results;
• Gather feedback from learners and managers on training courses;
• Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved);
• Ensure to achieve monthly/yearly sales target;
• Follow up with the sales team to make sure our clients have sufficient stock
• Provide detailed products knowledge to customers and give them proper suggestions on sales and visibility. 
• Follow up with our Data Analysts about weekly PSI, sales reports in a timely manner, submit new product forecast and/or DRP according to actual sales;
• Other temporary tasks assigned by manager;
• Maintain up-to-date records of training materials, curriculum and costs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Should have a Bachelor degree in Marketing ;
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position ;
• Knowledge on accessories and android phones;
• Skilled in using Excel, Word, Power-point software.
