To serve as part of the team of one of an international Oilt and Gas company, BARAKAT EMPLOI SERVICES(BES) is seeking experienced, motivated and committed individuals for the positions below:

Position Title: Contracts Advisor/Buyer,

Location: Douala

Closing date: December, 28th of 2014

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• REPORTS TO: Senior Contracts Advisor
• Prequalification, preparation/drafting tender documents and issue of ITTs followed by clarification, evaluation, negotiation, recommendation and contract drafting for execution.
• Ensure contracting processes are implemented in line with company procedures, JOA and PSC requirement along with governance and compliance obligations.
• General contract and procurement administration of contracts/purchase orders.
• Provision of management reports.

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALITIFICATIONS

• Degree level either in engineering, law, business administration
• At least 5 years' experience in supply chain, contracts and procurement, preferably in the oil and gas industry
