To serve as part of the team of one of an international Oilt and Gas company, BARAKAT EMPLOI SERVICES(BES) is seeking experienced, motivated and committed individuals for the positions below:

Position Title: Materials Administrator

Location: Douala

Closing date: December, 28th of 2014

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• REPORTS TO: Base Manager
• Maintain materials and equipment inventory in the materials yard in compliance with company procedures, processes and systems.
• Control/store/preserve inventory and equipment as per industry standards and operational requirements.
• Assist the Base Manager with implementation of standards and supervision to comply with Health Safety & Environment requirements
• Plan, coordinate and manage logistics in support for operational requirements.

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALITIFICATIONS

• Degree or diploma level qualification(Business management, engineering).
• Professional certification(s) in plant & materials handling, inventory management, health & safety are an advantage
• Provent experience with materials and logistics management in oil and gas operations.
• Excellent Microsoftt office skills(esp. Word and Excel)
• Canditates should be proficient in English and French.
