YooMee Africa, a Swiss company operating broadband wireless networks in sub Saharan Africa, is looking for Web Content Administrator for its Innovative startup online City Guide Project in Cameroon iCi.cm
Key responsibilities:
Outstanding content management, editorial and page creation skills to join the Team of www.iCi.cm to this Innovative startup online City Guide Project in Cameroon, The Web content Administrator will be responsible for creating and updating content as well as online marketing campaigns across the company’s professional websites.
- Ensure the website is up to date, engaging and accurately reflects current products, services and relevant information to the best possible advantage, and is in keeping with editorial and brand guidelines.
- Continually consider how the presentation and communication of product information, to members and non-members, can be enhanced and improved on the website.
- Support the on-going development of and enhancements to website, from idea generation to testing and delivery, working closely with development team to deliver the agreed development plan.
- Work across the teams to develop and implement an integrated content strategy plan that includes the website and all other publications and communications.
- Ensure CMS and other product information databases are maintained.
- Optimize accessibility of the website to agreed standards.
- Share in depth knowledge of website usage gained through research and tools such as Google analytics, to provide insight and recommendations to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in Communication, Marketing or in Information Technologies
- Mastering social media, community management and people engagement online.
- Past experience on online marketing/website management/managing content across different channels
- Writing for the web incorporating the principles of usability, accessibility, marketing and search
- Strong campaign and project delivery skills gained in a marketing communications environment
- Experience of quality control, proof reading and excellent attention to detail
- Awareness of e-commerce and Online Content industry requirements and an understanding of their importance.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Capable to work goal oriented, KPI based measurement, strongly self-organized in a very dynamic environment
- Team Spirit & highest integrity
- Capacity to work under pressure
- French in word and writing
- English in word and writing
