All Contributions should include:

1. The title of the article and the axis in which it is inserted;
2. A brief presentation and a resume of the author;
3. A summary of his proposal in English or French, maximum two pages.

Authors will be informed by 15 March 2018 of the selection made by the Scientific Committee.The scientific committee may require pre-selected contributors to readjust their proposals, in order to take into account the editorial line of the book.

In addition, contributions based on scientifically proven data corpus will be favored, in order to make the reasoning credible.

Contributions based on an empirical approach highlighting specific cases in terms of illustrating the reasoning are also strongly needed.

Timing:

• Deadline for receipt of abstracts: March 9th, 2018
• Deadline for submission of abstracts: March 15, 2018
• Deadline for receipt of the full text: May 31, 2018
• Validation of texts: July 31, 2018
• Indicative date of publication of the book: end of November 2018

Remuneration:

• A bonus of 250,000 CFA francs per article will be used to validate the final text by the publisher.
• Two (02) copies of the book will be given to each author.

PRESENTATION OF THE PROJECT

The concept of State efficiency is a source of debate. Efficiency is a relation between the importance of the means committed to reach certain ends and the dimension of these ends in themselves.

Failure analysis, not only of the different decades of 'development', but also of many development projects, shows that these are the consequence of attachment to outdated and consequently inappropriate methods.

The work envisaged aims to outline the desirable axes of the main reforms to be carried out for the development of Cameroon. It will be necessary to nourish the prospective reflection on the priority projects scheduled in the political, economic, social, cultural, technical and technological fields, in order to build a pro-active Republic that the social body calls for all its wishes.

It will be about aiming to make the State efficiency and effective through the strengthening of public policies, given that there is a strong correlation between the performance of public action and the level of competitiveness of the country.

The textual proposals should show their relevance for the general theme of the book, while being part of one of the proposed lines of thought as follows:
