OPPORTUNITY: Expert in Ice creams, cakes and pastries making

The applicant should be able to perform the following duties:

• Prepare ice creams and other frozen desserts of varying flavours (both common flavours and flavours developed from personal experiments);
• Make cakes and different pasteries of varying flavours and types;
• Ensure food safety best pratices and make sure the staff do the same;
• Keep up with trends in the pasteries and food industry;
• Analyse and forcast Kitchen needs weekly and monthly;
• Report on daily, weekly and monthly sales and purchases.

The Applicant should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Training in food and frozen deserts making, service, storage and all associated activities;
• Experience in the above domain;
• Strong communication and organisational skills;
• Team mentality and leadership skills;
• Very creative.
