ADRH APAVE is looking for one of his key clients in health sector a FINANCIAL ADVISER
Responsibilities
- Support the organisation in its ongoing major changes in financial management
- Assist in translating the accounts to OHADA standards and to International Accounting Principles charts of account
- Train the staff of the Finance Department on financial controls and planning
- Support the organisation in donor's loan management
- Assist the organisation to improve its internal controls
- Assit the organisation on its financial forecast
- Assit the organisation on updating the financial model and forecast as required by donor
- Train the organisation finance staff on risk identification and how it could be handled
- Assist the organisation on its inventory management
- Follow-up auditors management recommendations for implementation
- Assist the organisation on asset management
- Assist the organisation on corporate governance issues
- Assist the organisation on project management techniques and methods
- Assist in developing the hospital management software
- Develop a standard operating procedure for internal audit.
Profile
- About ten years of industry experience in corporate administration and finance
- Knowledge and practice in accounting information systems, finance controlling/financial analysis, treasury management, long term financing, internal audit and control
- Experience in organisational change advisory/financial advisory
- First degree
- Bilingual(English is the working language)
