Bolotoday is looking for 7 field information officers. The field officer will be in charge of Collecting, editing,and inputting information into an online database.
He/she will also be expected to move to various sites within a specified geographical area and conduct interviews while recording relevant information.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Moves to field sites to collect and record information
• Verifies information in accordance with specified protocol and enters information into a computer database.
• Develops or assists in the development of interview schedules;
• Contacts persons to introduce and explain Organisation objectives and to arrange interviews, either in person or by telephone.
• Reviews and edits data to ensure completeness and accuracy of information; follows up with subjects to resolve problems or clarify data collected.

Minimum Job Requirements: O LEVEL/BEPC ;

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing (English and or French).
• Interviewing and basic data collection skills.
• Computer data entry skills.
• Access to internet and smartphone/computer.

Postion requires:

• Working Conditions and Physical Effort
• Light physical effort. Requires standing or walking. Effort applies to no more than four (4) hours per day.

Location : Yaounde, Douala, Bamenda, Bafoussam, Buea

Salary: You get paid 200frs for each correct entry into the database with additional bonuses reserved for extra efforts.
