A top automobile Distributor in Cameroon is looking for sales and service employees.
Branch Manager (2)
Duties
- Manage daily operations of automobile showroom and service centre
- Establish sales plan and service objectives
- Direct and supervise employees' sales and service activities
- Provide customer service through welcome and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Assign employees to specific duties
- Examine product displayed and prices
- Direct and supervise employee inventory-taking and cash receipts
- Supervise and perform work activities that maintain good image of the company such as clean environment
- Enforce safety, health and security rules
- Manager HR and administrative issues of the centre
- prepare periodic reports.
Requirements
- Excellent management and communications skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and services objectives
- Excellent knowledge of business administration and finance (University Degree in discipline is required)
- At least three(03) years experience in business management position
- At least two(02) years experience in automotive industry
- Valid Driver's license
- Excellent communications skills. Fluent in English(written and oral) is imperative
- Experience in a multi-national is an advantage
- Good computer skills(MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email)
