Academic and professional requirements

• Educational qualification: Secondary School(G.C.E O LEVEL, BEPC)
• Professional experience: 3 years of customer service experience
• N.B: Number of years of experience  can compensate educational qualification)

Responsibilities

• Check in on time for your shift
• Gather specific shift information from order manager
• Greets guest and make them feel comfortable
• Take care of your  guests and other waitress guest when needed
• Deliver breverages and food in a timely manner
• Clear dirty dishes from table
• Clean your server section
• check withclosing order manager
• Perform any other duty as may be assigned by your superior
• Clock out of your server shift.

Note:

• Making guest feel comfortable and welcomed is non-negotiable!
• It is your responsibility to make each guest want to return every time.
• You will be accountable for 100% customer satisfaction
