CHARACTERISTICS OF THE JOB

• Job title : MACHINE OPERATOR 
• Field of activity: COMMERCE
• Location of the position: DIBAMBA, CAMEROUN
• Position : WORKMAN
• Main mission : REPAIR MACHINE AND PREVENT ANY MECHANICAL PROBLEMS

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Education : Mechanical Engineering 
• Level of education: have at least a “GCE” A Level in any field related to Mechanical Engineering
• Technical skills: Good coordination and intercultural communication skills, Ability to use IT Tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Ability to write reports. 
• Personal qualities: Good interpersonal skills, Ability to analyze, judge and plan  
• Professional Experience: at least 03 years working experience in a related activity
• Age: between 21 and 33 years’ old
• Be Cameroonian and able to work at DIBAMBA Factory
• Being perfectly bilingual will be an asset
• Speaking Chinese is a plus

THE MAIN TASKS OF THE POSITION

• Ability to repair the Machines and prevent any mechanical problems before it occurs.
• Responsible for the management of the local machine workers, including the arrangement and organization of team personnel, training, etc…  
• According to production demand, be responsible for starting the machines, making necessary adjustements to make it run smoothly, shutdown the machine
• Responsible for performing spot inspection and maintenance of the machine
• Responsible for material check after shutdown of the machine;
• Responsible for material control, handling and tracking of abnormal material costs
• Responsible for checking the quantity of finished goods produced
