To serve as part of the team of one of an international Oilt and Gas company, BARAKAT EMPLOI SERVICES(BES) is seeking experienced, motivated and committed individuals for the positions below:

Position Title: Freight Forwarding Cordinator

Location: Douala

Closing date: December, 28th of 2014

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• REPORTS TO: Operations Manager
• Responsible for ensuring that all purchases are properly documented, materials are moved timely and with the proper supporting documents, all imports and exports and customs interfaces of goods and materials for company operations are transacted in accordance with all relevant law and delivered to the desired location.
• Coordinate with clearing agents and other stakeholders
• Maintain all documentation to support any review by auditors, customs or other Government agencies.

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALITIFICATIONS

• Graduate degree qualifications(law, economics, engineering, finance prefereed).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role for an E&P operator on an oilfield equipment service provider.
• Excellent working knowledge of the customs code, the petroleum code, the tariff booklet and any other text applicable to E&P operations in Cameroon.
• Canditates should be proficient in English and French.
