Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales data.
2. Responsible for completing regional monthly sales targets and following up on their achievement.
3. Assist in team building and management, track and guide the performance of subordinates.
4. Responsible for controlling the work of each business line in the region and formulating corresponding work plans.
5. Regularly collect market information, summarize and analyze it, and put. forward optimization suggestions.
6. Assist in completing other tasks assigned by superior supervisor.

Job Requirements

1. Have an experience as a Sales Representative or a related field.
2. Must be of age 22-28.
3. Have strong learning ability, communication skills and good pressure resistance.
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
5. Have good professional ethics and have strong professionalism .
6. Passionate, optimistic work attitude, and good at communicating with others.
7. Able to adapt to short-term business trips.
8. Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient.
