JOB ADVERT: Marketing manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary component of this role is to act as business development officer and brand ambassador of the company. S/he nurtures and projects company image by employing several corporate tools to attract public interest and confidence in the services offered by the company.

Duties

• Develop and implement the marketing strategy for new and existing products/services
• Oversee the digitalization of company activities particularly- including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
• Work closely and supervise the company’s staff; enabling them to meet their sales objectives by providing them with appropriate resources
• Work closely with technical and procurement management team to define marketing materials and programs.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop a PR strategy and activities.
• Building of tender files and business development for the company
• Manage relationship with clients and represent the company in meetings with other partners, and in other business opportunities. (at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars).
• Providing short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.

Required skills

• Master's degree in relevant field
• Proactive problem solving
• Mastery of procurement and contracting procedures (especially with government partners)
• Good knowledge of janitorial services management, Real Estate, Travel Tour Consultancy, Car Rental, General Supplies services
• Project management skills
• Can work well autonomously and within a team
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Effective prioritizing skills
• Very bilingual (English and French)
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Careful multi-tasker and results based
