Job Description
- Responsible for alarm monitoring and escalation, restoration, information
- Responsible of fault escalation :- TT quality ; Escalate on time and accuracy - Send SMS on time ,voice call , email- Update on time with proper information in remedy and via SMS; - Closing on time with right root cause
- Inform shift manager about L1 and important outage within 5 MIN and update him/her every 30 min,
- Responsible for CRs surveillance quality:- Monitor from beginning and end the CR- System healthy checking has been done when CRs are finished - Report CR status in Remedy when CRs are finished- TT created when CRs time expired and there was faulty
- Report sending on time and accurate
- Daily report (Exco that should be update in daily base, morning evening that should be update for sending report)
- Handover report
- Access control with subcontractor and Landlord
- Attended to all training and process review
- Checking related emails (personally and group email)

Experience
- At least 3 years related work experience in telecom network operation and maintenance
- At least 1 year Huawei MSAN DSLAM RAN engineering experience, include installation and integration experience
- Familiar with MA5600, UA5000, MA5100/MA5103
- Familiar with Internet protocols (TCP/IP, SMTP, Routing protocols, 802.1Q etc.)
- Familiar with Data network; VoIP H.248; TDM V5; Frame relay and ATM
- Designing, managing and troubleshooting fault in MSAN, DSLAM & RAN ADSL systems
- Familiar with office standard packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Familiar with GSM and 3GEducation
- 3/4 year university degree in Telecom or Computer ScienceOther Requirements
- Ability to work off hours depending on Network outages and customer requests
- 24x7 availability to support after office hours, and be able to relocate within the country
- Very good communication skill, Oral and write English
- Experience with operator O&M department or other MS organizations is a plus
