Job Description

• Troubleshooting of Telecom/Power/Air Condition Equipments
• Interacting with 3rd party vendors
• Taking actions on WO/TT
• Corrective and Preventive maintenance of equipments (BSS/TXN/RAN)
• Manage spares, tools and equipments
• Provisioning of O&M scheduled reports 
• Customer complaint handling and resolution 
• Installation, commissioning of equipments (BTS, Microwave, Repeaters etc.)
• Hardware and Software up-gradation
• Generate weekly reports for tasks carried out

Experience

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge in Telecom/Power/Air Condition Equipments
• Network maintenance / Troubleshooting focused
• Good knowledge about network operation processes and interfaces
• Some knowledge of network topology, traffic handling capabilities and traffic characteristics
• Some knowledge of network performance / configuration parameters and their interpretation and use
• Some knowledge about network operation processes and interfaces
• Some knowledge of network implementation / integration processes
• Proficiency in English language
