TANDYL Limited is looking to recruit an experienced web designer. We believe in innovation, best practices and technology to make brands more relevant in today’s digital world. To help increase the growth of our digital team we’re looking to extend our team with a Web Designer.

Your role will consist in:

• Concepting new projects from scratch
• Design of a responsive web page for current projects, including animation and functionality, while maintaining quality, user-friendliness, and integrity of our web properties
• Designing of banner and email campaigns
• Ensure design consistency and quality across multiple digital channels
• Drive site enhancements and ideas, based on industry best practices and emerging trends
• Site quality control and maintenance, navigation and browser compatibility
• Establishing effective communication and maintaining an active working relationship within the team

PERSONAL SKILLS

• you have a thorough understanding of website functionality and usability
• No rookie : +3 years of experience required
• You love design, want to be challenged, and like working with others
• Solid understanding of web trends and technologies
• Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop. Advanced level skills in Illustrator ? Using Sketch? You are able to provide proactive solutions to problems. 
• Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate CC and InDesign
• You have excellent organizational skills
• You have a positive, can-do attitude
• Be of good character.
• Must be Bilingual (French, English)
