Job Description: Head of Dispatch Operations

You join our Operations Department. You are responsible for dispatching the order to the customer once the order has been confirmed.

• Provide overall divisional strategic and thought leadership

• Manage department & its rapid growth

• Use data and analytics to drive divisional strategy and decision making in a rapidly growing entity.

Key Tasks

• Develop strategy for growth and management of Jumia fleet & deliveries within Douala

• Manage own fleet within Country Manager and lead team

• Develop strategy for growth and management of Jumia fleet outside Douala

• Manage own fleet outside Douala manager and lead team

• Develop strategy for expansion and managing of Jumia Pickup stations across Nation

• Manage Pickup Stations manager

• Logistics Manager within Douala

• Logistics Manager outside Douala
