JOB ADVERT : TRAINER
TRANSSION HOLDINGS is the company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM Limited. A global company with offices in many countries and regions.
We are looking for TRAINER ORAIMO.
- Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas for improvement;
- Designing training programs on time and within budget;
- Prepare physical and digital training materials (e.g. videos and case studies);
- Ensure the integration of new sales staff into the company;
- Coordinate individual and team skills assessment sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses;
- Monitor sales targets and results;
- Gather feedback from learners and managers on training courses;
- Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved);
- Ensure to achieve monthly/yearly sales target;
- Follow up with the sales team to make sure our clients have sufficient stock
- Provide detailed products knowledge to customers and give them proper suggestions on sales and visibility.
- Follow up with our Data Analysts about weekly PSI, sales reports in a timely manner, submit new product forecast and/or DRP according to actual sales;
- Other temporary tasks assigned by manager;
- Maintain up-to-date records of training materials, curriculum and costs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Should have a Bachelor degree in Marketing ;
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position ;
- Knowledge on accessories and android phones;
- Skilled in using Excel, Word, Power-point software.
