A reputable international Oil and Gas service Company based in Douala is looking for individuals with Oilfield experience with below qualifications:

Job Title: BASE MANAGER

JOB Summary:

• Management of operations ensuring a professional service is delivered to the client at all times and that the Company base runs efficienly with effective cost control and best in class HSE and QA/QC.

Essential: 

• Min 8-10 years relevant experience in an oilfield service or similar industrial environment with a minimum 7 years in a management role. 
• Budgetary control and financial awareness.
• Strong sense of service delivery

Preferred: 

• Financial awareness and P&L understanding
• Ability to build strong leadership

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Responsible for maximizing efficiency and quality of the base by creating a dedicated team capable of handling 24/7 best in class service delivery.
• Develop strong operational and business accountability with existing customers deliverables and maintain an environment where safety is an integral part of all operations.
• Become the focal point and leader of all shore-based service department and ensure standards are continually improved and maintained to acceptable levels.
• Ensure reporting systems are efficient, effective and in line with company policy.
• Responsible for helping the company optimize the overall cost structure necessary to deliver proper service while protecting our bottom line.
• Communicate with all other product lines and management to ensure alignment of our objectives.
