SAASA B2E is seeking a Bilingual Payroll Assistant to support our Human Resources department.
You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of payroll processes.
Missions / Responsabilité / Activités
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full-cycle payroll processing (data entry, validation, approval, and distribution).
- Accurate calculation of social contributions (CNPS, taxes, deductions) and compliance with fiscal deadlines.
- Meticulous tracking of payroll variables (overtime, bonuses, allowances, absences, and leave).
- Handling employee payroll inquiries (clarifications, adjustments, and dispute resolution).
- Secure payslip generation, delivery, and archiving (GDPR-compliant and internal policy adherence).
- Preparation and submission of social & tax declarations (CNPS, income tax, etc.).
- Timely resolution of payroll-related queries
- Proactive identification and implementation of payroll process improvements.
- Active participation in internal audits and compliance checks.
Profil / Compétences /Exigences
PROFILE
Education & Qualifications: Degree: Bachelor's/Master's (BAC+3/5) in HR Management.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in payroll management (HRIS systems, advanced Excel).
- Comprehensive understanding of Cameroonian legal obligations (CNPS, tax regulations, collective bargaining agreements).
Languages: Bilingual (French & English) required - fluent in report writing and professional communication.

- Absolute discretion when handling sensitive data.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
