JOB ADVERT : IT Manager

Overview

Manage IT systems and infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure and efficient services across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define IT priorities, plan investments and manage the IT budget.
• Manage networks, servers, databases, hardware and software across sites.
• Ensure system availability through maintenance, updates, backups and recovery arrangements.
• Protect systems and data, monitor security risks and implement corrective measures.
• Lead IT projects, including application development, ERP deployments and system migrations.
• Supervise the IT team, organise user support and resolve major incidents.
• Assess departmental needs and recommend digital tools that improve operations.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and comprehension skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience or a background in the education sector.

Qualifications

• Min Bachelor's degree in IT and other related field.
• Min 5-6 years of experience in IT and other similar roles.
